Marc Mortiboys is my and my husband dentist since the beginning of the his practice. I fully trust him with my teeth. Just wanted to add that the whole place is in need of some decorating, it’s looking very unkempt especially in the reception area

I recently returned to Mortiboys Dental Spa for a checkup after being away for quite a few years, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went. Having not seen a dentist for at least 4–5 years, I was a little unsure what to expect, but the team treated me with genuine respect from the moment I arrived.The atmosphere was friendly yet thoroughly professional, and I felt completely at ease throughout my visit. The checkup was carried out with care, reassurance, and clear explanations, which made the whole experience far better than I anticipated after such a long gap.A big thank you to the team for making my return to the dentist such a positive one.

All aspects of treatment, communication with all staff is excellent. Used to hate dentist visits now no problem!

If I was highly satisfied, and all of my answers confirm this, why do I need to add further comment. I had an emergency consultation which was highly satisfactory with a number of treatment options. What more could I add? Stupid added survey question!

I always receive excellent service at Mortiboys but I am very disappointed that the clinic has taken the decision not to keep the 2 different hygiene treatments at different prices. I am not aware of receiving any communication from yourselves to pre-warn me that the cost of the hygiene treatment would be the same whether I had it done in the previous way or using the new treatment procedure. I was shocked to learn when I was at the clinic for my appointment that this was the case. I also think it's unfair to leave that communication to the hygienist. This should have been communicated by the practice ahead of time.That's my only gripe. I appreciate the cost of running a business and providing services has increased considerably lately and those costs need to be passed on to continue to provide this service but it really should have been made clear ahead of time
