Everyone is incredibly helpful, friendly and more importantly, they actually listen and genuinely care! I wish some of your team would pop over to the local XYZ Medical centre and help my wonderful GP, as the majority of the staff there wouldn’t rate higher than a 2 out of 10 for quality of service, care or attention and it is a real shame. This just proves to me what I already know - it’s all about culture and mindset, as the physical conditions there are not lower or worse than at Mortiboys, so why are there endless issues there. It’s about the choices that the staff make and I “love” the choice in mindset and attitude that the admin staff, nurses, assistants and all the specialists clearly chose on a daily basis. Thank you
