Dental health assessment

I always receive excellent service at Mortiboys but I am very disappointed that the clinic has taken the decision not to keep the 2 different hygiene treatments at different prices. I am not aware of receiving any communication from yourselves to pre-warn me that the cost of the hygiene treatment would be the same whether I had it done in the previous way or using the new treatment procedure. I was shocked to learn when I was at the clinic for my appointment that this was the case. I also think it's unfair to leave that communication to the hygienist. This should have been communicated by the practice ahead of time.That's my only gripe. I appreciate the cost of running a business and providing services has increased considerably lately and those costs need to be passed on to continue to provide this service but it really should have been made clear ahead of time

All very efficient, friendly courteous service as usual. Feel in competent hands with dentist and all.

Marc will always explore to find the simplest way to complete a treatment, as opposed to the most expensive.

One of the things I like the most about Mortiboys is that it doesn't feel or smell like a dentists, so it put's me at ease immediately.Staff are always very friendly and the patient care from Marc is exemplary. He has a way of explaining things without terrifying you.

This was an emergency appointment with Amit Gadhavi to alleviate severe tooth ache. He examined, discussed the options, removed the filling, cleaned the root canal and applied a temporary cap. The treatment was uncomfortable but not painful (he saw to that immediately). He explained the options and has referred me to his recommended specialist for the root canal treatment. I have complete faith in Amit.

Clare Wood is the reason I keep returning to Mortiboys. She is the most fabulous hygienist and has prevented any dental issues I may have developed. Clare Wood is outstanding.

Amit and Caron have been absolutely brilliant at helping with my gum disease. They are kind, gentle and very knowledgeable, taking my complex medical history into account and explaining everything in detail. I used to be nervous of going to the dentist, not anymore though. Everyone at Mortiboys has been brilliant, no exceptions, thank you so much.

I was very satisfied with the treatment I received from Ranja. She explained everything in detail to me, she was understanding of any queries I had, she took her time during my appointment and was very gentle
