General dentistry

This was the first time I have had a filling with Ranya as my dentist. I was very happy with how she carried out the procedure and she did so in a very calming way. She explained things throughout and also periodically checked that I was ok during the treatment.

The warm welcoming respective and efficient team on reception.The general ambiance of the clinic Colour coding furnishings and such. Easy rest room access. Newspaper and magazines provided.Courteous enthusiastic treatment room greeting. Great level of interpersonal skills.Procedures explained, choices given and approach enthusiastic and committed.Very professional in manner. Comfort regularly checked and communication encouraged.

I saw Clare the hygienist, I have been going to Clare for many years. she is always highly professional gives excellent advice and gentle with her treatment.

The receptionists are always welcoming , I have very good treatment from the dentist and the dentist assistant , always happy to listen to any dental problems and very thorough.Also the hygienist very professional and explains my treatment and also gives very good advise on my dental care .

Always a positive experience visiting Claire at Mortiboys

My phone call was answered at 9.15 am and I was given an emergency appointment for 14.00 hrs that day. The dentist Zena was extremely efficient and pleasant. Mortiboys good care is always worth the two hours spent on the road: good equipment; always clean and bright

Marc is friendly and professional, he takes the time to set you at your ease and explains what he is doing and why. Marc is very good at outlining options and risks.

The staff from reception to Hygenist/dentist are always welcoming and put you at ease straight away. More importantly, the reception team remember you and what you may have discussed with them on your last visit, whether that was on a professional level or if you shared something personal
