Maria's dental emergency

My phone call was answered at 9.15 am and I was given an emergency appointment for 14.00 hrs that day. The dentist Zena was extremely efficient and pleasant. Mortiboys good care is always worth the two hours spent on the road: good equipment; always clean and bright

Marc is friendly and professional, he takes the time to set you at your ease and explains what he is doing and why. Marc is very good at outlining options and risks.

Reaction to my fear of dentists

The staff from reception to Hygenist/dentist are always welcoming and put you at ease straight away. More importantly, the reception team remember you and what you may have discussed with them on your last visit, whether that was on a professional level or if you shared something personal

Very easy to check in, and very little waiting time. Pleasant and helpful staff. Dentist seen was very calm and explained everything clearly, answering all my questions with knowledge and understanding. Further treatment plan was discussed and executed straight away. Very pleased.

It is all quite pleasant in terms of reception the staff the treatment and the hygienist naturally most of us don’t really like going to the dentist, but as we have to go, this is all pretty good

I recently had a long-awaited dental implant at Mortiboys, something I’d known I needed for over 20 years, and been to other practices before for a consultation. However, at Mortiboys, it was the first time I truly felt relaxed, informed, and completely cared for. From start to finish, the kindness and professionalism of everyone involved made the experience exceptional. Raj was considerate and professional in his approach, Karlie, his dental nurse, kept me informed and reassured throughout the procedure, and the reception team even followed up afterward to check on how I was doing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.I have also had an excellent experience with my Invisalign treatment under Mariola and Charlie, her dental nurse, who have both been consistently supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging.Overall, every part of my care at Mortiboys has been outstanding.

Ranya and Clare are the most amazing people. They have been kind and supportive and understanding of my dental anxieties and after almost a year, the results have been remarkable. Ranya completely puts me at ease and I trust her implicitly. Clare is so passionate about her work and has achieved miracles with my gums!
